Recently purchased a 2017 Ford Focus SE from Sam.  He was super friendly, clear about warranties and showed pictures from the accident so we were clear on the repairs prior to buying.  Shortly after purchase the engine light went on, Sam had me come in right away to read the code which indicated catalytic converter.  He had his mechanic inspect it and call Ford to ensure it was under warranty, which it was, and arrangements were made for the replacement.  Sam followed up within a week after the repairs to make sure everything was in working order and I was satisfied.  Thanks for everything Sam.

I have bought many cars in my 68 years so I know a little bit about this subject. When my 27 year old daughter came to me and told me about this Chevy Cruise for sale at Titan Motors, at a great price that she was interested in, I don’t mind admitting to you that I was highly skeptical. The old adage “If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is” came to mind.  My wife and I went out to Titan Motors to look the vehicle over for our daughter. We met with Sam. Sam was upfront about everything. Sam has found a niche in the market. He finds cars that have been in accidents at auctions. These cars do not have major structural damage-the frames or unibodies have not been affected. Sam shows you photos of the damage and what was repaired. He then has the cars safety checked at an independent garage and details them so that they look brand new when finished. Sam then backs up the sale-he does not sell you the car and say goodbye-he wants you to call him if you have any issues and he goes out and makes it right. This really is too good to be true. In our case, the day after we picked up the car, my daughter noticed that 3 of the 6 stereo speakers were blown. Most places would tell you that you purchased the car “as is”, too bad for you. Not Sam. He ordered new speakers at his expense and installed them the next day at no cost, even after my wife offered to pay him for everything. Sam would not hear of it. Do you have your own mechanic that you want to look the car over ? No problem. That is what we did and our mechanic said the car was in excellent condition, nothing wrong with it mechanicly or with the frame. Everything Sam told us was verified independently by our mechanic, who is a family friend.  Sometimes in this world you find people who just get it. They figure out that if you treat people right, stand by your customer, and sell quality at a good price, your business will flourish. Sam and Titan Motors are one of those rare gems. Seriously, forget buying a used car from anyone else. Buy it from Sam. You just cannot do any better, and you will sleep knowing that Sam will back up what he sells. ​

Very impressed with the almost new vehicle with low km (12,000 km) we bought from Titan Motors. The car was practically new and detailed so very nicely, so I brought my other older vehicle in just for their Detailing Service and they made it look good as new after they were finished with it. The vehicle is incredible, the customer service is incredible, and the price is incredible. I had never been this eager to give somebody money in my life.   

I had been researching and comparing vehicle’s online for the last couple of months, accumulating a list of over 50 cars, trying to find the perfect one. After browsing Kijiji, the same as I had been doing for weeks prior, one of Sam’s vehicles caught my eye – a 2014 Ford Focus.  

I quickly picked up the phone and called the number on the ad to make an appointment for noon.  I arrived a bit late, and when I got there, Sam had all of the details laid out on his desk. The collision this vehicle was in; the work he had done to repair it – everything. I have never experienced a more transparent sales pitch. He walked me around the car, pointing out the repairs him and his team made. He talked about all of the little details with great pride.  During the test drive, I put it through a couple of tests to make sure everything was working properly, and instantly decided I wanted to purchase the car.  I couldn’t be any happier with my purchase.  

I purchased a 2009 BMW from Titan Motors. The vehicle had been in an accident and they were beyond honest with the history, the repairs and everything afterwards. I found out about Titan Motors through an ad online, and went the following day to check out a 2015 Chevy Cruze they had for sale (I got a very fair deal on it).  The overwhelmingly warm and confident customer service was evident the moment I arrived and the owner was extremely helpful and honest about any questions or concerns we had (they even fixed and cleaned the car up further after I sealed the deal and bought it).  I was able to test drive the car and take it to my local mechanic to get it looked at and everything they advertised checked out wonderfully.  This is my first car and it drives great.  They did a fantastic job on any prior repairs and clearly know their stuff.  I am very satisfied with my experience with Titan Motors and would definitely refer my friends and family here if they are looking for a vehicle.  Thanks for my awesome car!
